What you will do
- Support projects and operational work across Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices, storage, clustered computing solutions, and communications platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support and deploy on-premise and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and administer infrastructure-level systems.
- Implement automation and improvements that increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Enrollment in the penultimate year of a degree program with eligibility for an industry placement.
- Basic knowledge of on-premise and cloud Microsoft enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated interest in improving processes and technology through internships, university helpdesk work, personal projects, or academic achievements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical analysis, research, and project management skills.
- Curiosity and motivation to solve unfamiliar problems and work with global colleagues.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with systems administration and Linux environments.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and AI automation techniques.
