Head of Platform Product (AI/Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a 15+ person Platform Product Group across compliance, payments and assets, CRM, security, personalization, and AI product lines.
• Improve team health, OKR quality, delivery rigor, product culture, succession planning, and senior product talent development across 10+ sub-teams.
• Own the vision and roadmap for AI platforms, financial cloud and compliance infrastructure, developer experience and internal tooling, and data and intelligence platforms.
• Translate CTO-level technical strategy into product roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the transition to AI-native product development, including AI-assisted requirements analysis and measurable efficiency gains.
• Define AI agent platform features that drive user acquisition and develop proactive automated customer-service resolution targeting over 80% resolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in senior product leadership managing multi-team organizations and 20+ product managers.
• Proven experience building and shipping platform or infrastructure products, including developer platforms, internal tooling, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong systems thinking, including product architecture, module catalogs, and API contracts.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments such as fintech, banking, crypto, or equivalent.
• Ability to drive outcome-based OKRs and connect customer needs, architecture, data governance, compliance, and business outcomes.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required for internal communication with engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI product strategy, agent platforms, LLM-powered products, or AI infrastructure.
• Background in financial services technology or crypto/Web3.
• Experience leading product organizations through restructuring or rapid scaling.
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction compliance, including KYC/KYB, AML, regulatory data reporting, and multi-site architecture.
• Experience defining and launching platform features that create new user value.
