TL;DR
UI/UX Designer (Figma): Designing intuitive interfaces and prototypes for internal products and services with an accent on design systems, usability, and visual consistency. Focus on developing reusable Figma components, maintaining design quality across products, and applying current UI/UX trends.

Location: Minsk, Minsk Region, Belarus; hybrid workplace

Salary: $30 net per month sports compensation

What you will do

  • Create user-friendly interface prototypes for internal products and services.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand the existing design system.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity across digital products.
  • Track current UI/UX trends and bring fresh design approaches to the team.

Requirements

  • Confident knowledge of Figma, including libraries, components, variables, and layouts.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of design quality.
  • Effective teamwork and open communication with colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Motivation to learn and develop design skills.
