What you will do
- Develop, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve statistical forecasting models across an 18-month planning horizon.
- Manage forecast data and pricing information in SAP Integrated Business Planning, maintaining data integrity and alignment with business requirements.
- Build market demand models with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders using internal and external data sources.
- Design machine learning solutions that automate planning processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Create Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations, and support adoption of analytical solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 2 years of experience developing analytical solutions with Python and applying statistical modeling.
- At least 2 years of experience with time series forecasting, including univariate, multivariate, and ensemble models.
- At least 2 years of experience with SQL or similar database technologies, including data modeling, querying, and data management.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a cloud environment such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- At least 2 years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, and forecasting in supply chain or demand planning.
- Experience with SAP IBP or other advanced planning systems.
