TL;DR
Senior Vice President Operations (E-commerce and Supply Chain): Leading and scaling Rohlik’s end-to-end grocery operations across Europe, including fulfillment, supply chain, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and customer operations with an accent on group-wide performance, P&L ownership, and operational transformation. Focus on building scalable multi-country operating models, driving automation and productivity improvements, and aligning senior leaders across markets.
Location: Hybrid, Vienna HQ; regular travel to ’s headquarters in Prague is required.

What you will do
- Own the group-wide operations strategy and execution across all markets.
- Lead local COOs and align operational standards, KPIs, and execution across countries.
- Drive performance across fulfillment centres, supply chain, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and customer operations.
- Own operational P&L performance and improve productivity, efficiency, and cost year over year.
- Lead transformation, automation, continuous-improvement, business-continuity, risk-management, and compliance initiatives.
- Develop senior operational leaders and build a culture of accountability, innovation, ownership, and customer focus.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a COO, SVP Operations, EVP Operations, or equivalent senior operational leader.
- Significant experience leading complex, multi-country operations.
- Deep expertise in supply chain, fulfillment, warehousing, last-mile logistics, and customer operations.
- Strong P&L ownership, financial acumen, and a track record of improving productivity, profitability, and operational performance.
- Experience scaling operations in a high-growth environment and combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Fluent English required; regular travel to Prague required.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, grocery, retail, logistics, or technology-driven operations.
- Experience with international expansion, multi-market scaling, digital transformation, automation, or technology-led operational improvement.
- Additional European languages.
