Senior Computer Vision / Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Design and train machine learning and computer vision models.
• Develop algorithms for video and audio processing, including motion detection, object detection, tracking, and facial recognition.
• Implement solutions on cloud infrastructure and edge devices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on production deployment.
• Work with data engineers on dataset preparation.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Expertise in computer vision and machine learning, with industrial development experience in a company or startup.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet, and strong knowledge of OpenCV.
• Knowledge of CNNs, SVM, object tracking, and video and audio analytics.
• Fluent C++ and/or Python, plus experience with Git.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
