Business Systems Analyst Sr Lead (Python/React): Leading the design, development, and deployment of full-stack cloud-native applications on Azure with an accent on Python frameworks, React, microservices, and event-driven systems. Focus on architecting scalable distributed systems, applying asynchronous programming, strengthening automated testing and CI/CD, and mentoring engineering teams.

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Python frameworks and React.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure using App Services, Functions, AKS, Event Grid, Service Bus, and Storage.
- Design microservices-based architectures and event-driven systems with brokers, queues, and streaming platforms.
- Apply asynchronous programming to improve application performance and troubleshoot complex full-stack issues.
- Drive code reviews, design reviews, technical decisions, engineering standards, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Cloud Ops, and QA to deliver high-quality releases.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack engineering.
- 4+ years of hands-on React experience and expertise in modern JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystems.
- Deep expertise in Python frameworks, especially FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
- Experience designing microservices and distributed systems, including event-driven architecture with Kafka, Azure Event Hub, RabbitMQ, or Service Bus.
- Hands-on Azure experience, including deploying and managing cloud applications, plus knowledge of asynchronous programming, REST APIs, databases, caching, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with unit, integration, and automated testing, mock frameworks, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes or AKS, and mentoring engineers.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with API gateways, service mesh, and cloud networking.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Experience conducting technical hiring assessments.
