TL;DR
Senior Consultant in Business Consulting (Government & Public Sector) (Public Sector Transformation): Leading analytical workflows and delivering large-scale government transformation projects with an accent on target operating models, stakeholder presentations, and executive facilitation. Focus on structuring complex public-sector problems, managing delivery activities, and mentoring junior consultants.

Location: Onsite in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

What you will do

  • Lead analytical and research workflows for management consulting projects.
  • Design target operating models and organizational structures for government entities.
  • Manage day-to-day transformation activities and ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations for public sector stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with key decision-makers.
  • Guide and mentor interns and junior consultants.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or public sector transformation.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and public sector knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
