What you will do
- Execute and optimize recruitment strategies for institutional partners to achieve enrollment goals.
- Improve conversion rates through recruitment partner activation, training, and alignment with institutional priorities.
- Drive adoption of premium services and integrations while customizing engagement and reporting models.
- Act as the main liaison between institutional stakeholders and internal teams.
- Maintain partner activity, preferences, and performance data in CRM and documentation systems.
- Facilitate partner workshops and coordinate the resolution of admissions and operational issues.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.
