Affiliate Partnerships Manager (Crypto): Building a scalable affiliate acquisition channel for a Telegram-native digital asset wallet with an accent on creator outreach, crypto partnerships, and revenue-share deals. Focus on sourcing and closing distribution partners, qualifying audiences and geographies, launching compliant campaigns, and improving pipeline conversion across CIS, West Asia, and Central Asia.

Location: Hybrid format with 2–3 days per week from the Tashkent hub

Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution embedded into Telegram, offering a multi-chain Crypto Wallet and a self-custodial TON Wallet.

What you will do

  • Own outbound affiliate acquisition from sourcing and outreach through qualification, negotiation, signing, and first publication.
  • Build a pipeline of creators, trading communities, and crypto distribution partners across target markets.
  • Sell and negotiate revenue-share models, qualifying partners by audience quality, market relevance, and revenue potential.
  • Pre-screen KYC and geography requirements so partnerships reach compliance cleanly.
  • Develop top partners into ambassadors and support them in sourcing additional affiliates.
  • Research markets, maintain CRM pipeline data, track conversion, and collaborate with paid campaigns, account management, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience in affiliate partnerships, business development, or performance partnerships, ideally in crypto, trading, or fintech.
  • Proven ability to conduct high-volume cold sourcing and close direct creator partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of RevShare, CPA, hybrid deals, sub-affiliate structures, incentives, attribution, and ROI.
  • Crypto-native knowledge of exchange affiliate programs, Telegram trading communities, and creator monetization.
  • Experience launching in CIS, West Asia, and Central Asia, or entering unfamiliar markets from scratch.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher required. Hands-on CRM and affiliate tracking experience is also required.
