Staff Software Engineer - Cyber Systems (Cybersecurity): Designing, developing, and operating secure software products for organisational information and workflow management with an accent on software architecture, security best practices, and technical leadership. Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site. Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

What you will do
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technically sound software products.
- Lead the design, development, and operation of software products.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of software solutions and implemented projects.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate systems across business functions.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their engineering growth.
Requirements
- Degree or background in Engineering or Computer Science with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading software teams and setting technical direction.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, including microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native architecture, as well as RESTful API, MVC, and MVVM design patterns.
- Proficiency in modern software tools and frameworks, including SonarQube, Kubernetes, GitLab, MERN, Spring Boot, and React Native.
- Strong understanding of software security best practices and vulnerability mitigation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and strong communication skills.
