What you will do

• Answer global client questions by phone, email, instant message, and proprietary communication channels.
• Support hirify.global applications and develop custom hirify.global models and screens.
• Resolve complex financial queries using the hirify.global Workstation, financial content, and Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain high-quality client support by following established procedures and meeting performance targets.
• Identify workflow improvements and collaborate with Client Solutions, Sales, and Product Development.
• Attend internal meetings and training, complete assigned projects, and stay current on products, competitors, and financial markets.

Requirements

• MBA in Finance is accepted for freshers and experienced candidates; B.Com or M.Com, or BBA in Finance, is accepted for experienced candidates.
• Fluent spoken English required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced web-searching experience and strong organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in or experience with financial markets.
• Willingness to work U.S. shifts and be based in Hyderabad.
