Frontend Senior Flutter Developer (Flutter)

What you will do

• Develop new features and maintain existing user flows in Flutter applications for iOS and Android, contributing to both B2C and B2B products.
• Evolve application architecture and data flows using Provider/ChangeNotifier and build multi-brand, white-label configurations with separate branding, features, and release pipelines.
• Implement and maintain native integrations through Swift and Kotlin platform channels, including eSIM/eUICC, VoIP, notifications, VPN, payments, and third-party SDKs.
• Implement and validate analytics events, parameters, user identification, and analytics configurations.
• Prepare and publish releases to the App Store and Google Play, handling code signing, provisioning, entitlements, and app review issues.
• Collaborate in Scrum processes, participate in code reviews, support technical decisions, and improve CI/CD pipelines based on GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional mobile development experience, including at least 3 years of commercial Flutter/Dart development.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, complex UI development, application lifecycle, asynchronous programming, navigation, state management, and responsive UI implementation.
• Experience with Provider/ChangeNotifier or similar approaches, REST APIs, Dio or similar libraries, Firebase, analytics SDKs, unit tests, and widget tests.
• Ability to write and debug native Swift and Kotlin code and diagnose Xcode/CocoaPods, Gradle, build, and signing issues.
• Full-cycle experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play, with strong Git and GitHub skills and knowledge of pull request and code review workflows.
• Professional working English is required for documentation and pull request discussions; Russian at A1 level or higher is required for team communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with BLoC/Cubit, multi-brand or white-label applications, build flavors, and mobile release automation.
• Experience with payment SDKs, PostHog, AppsFlyer, Firebase Analytics, Rive, or Lottie.
• Background in telecom, eSIM/eUICC, VoIP, SIP/WebRTC, VPN, or large-codebase refactoring.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile, Jira, ISO 27001, or React and TypeScript.
