Production Supervisor (Electronics Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise daily production-floor operations, including scheduling, staffing, workflow, and performance monitoring.
• Manage TV and smartphone assembly activities, coordinating materials availability and production requirements.
• Monitor output, throughput, efficiency, and equipment performance; implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Partner with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
• Train, mentor, evaluate, and develop production operators and technicians.
• Support New Product Introduction activities, including training and trial production.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical and electronics engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the electronics industry, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing supervision with knowledge of CKD/SKD processes and technology.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory management, assembly procedures, and production machinery.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, lean manufacturing, Kaizen 6S principles, and manufacturing safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, decision-making, communication, and people-management skills.
