Business Site Reliability Engineer (Crypto)

What you will do

• Control releases to EU sites and access relevant systems and data across AWS Singapore and EU cloud services.
• Implement system change control, monitor performance, and prepare capacity planning documentation for scalability.
• Evaluate security requirements and remediate system vulnerabilities.
• Maintain secure backups and reliable backup and recovery processes to protect data integrity and support business continuity.
• Manage recovery efforts and rollback procedures to minimize downtime and maintain operational stability.

Requirements

• Strong command of English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and Shell, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Significant experience in system operations and troubleshooting, including rapid problem identification and resolution.
• Familiarity with Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, or similar operations and maintenance tools.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and related container ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Tencent Cloud, network protocols, network architecture, and network troubleshooting.
