hirify.global is hiring for a mobile product platform role focused on Android and iOS application engineering.

What you will do

  • Own the technical vision and roadmap for mobile applications, aligning architecture with business goals.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable Android and iOS architectures using Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform.
  • Establish mobile engineering standards, best practices, reusable components, and shared libraries.
  • Analyze and resolve mobile performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement security measures and respond to evolving mobile security threats.
  • Mentor junior developers and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a principal developer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant education.
  • Proven expertise in Android and/or iOS development with strong architectural skills.
  • Good understanding of mobile performance optimization techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile security principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and continuous-learning skills.
