Lead Product Engineer (AI/.NET)

Location: West Los Angeles, California, United States; structured hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Salary: $139,900–$199,300 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications with .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Architect and execute Azure migration, re-platforming, and legacy-system modernization initiatives.
• Build and optimize cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as AKS, Cosmos DB, App Services, and Functions.
• Use AI copilots and generative AI to define specifications, iterate on user flows and architectures, and write, refactor, and test code.
• Develop intelligent testing frameworks that generate test cases, predict bugs, and support self-healing.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote cloud engineering, automated testing, and AI-assisted development best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience focused on .NET and C#.
• Strong SQL Server and database design skills.
• Experience with Azure migration and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with automated testing, TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and API testing tools.
• Familiarity with AI code assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Must currently reside in West Los Angeles, CA and be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Microservices, containerization, and container orchestration experience.
• Azure DevOps and related Azure tools knowledge.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, CNCF projects, and technical leadership with offshore teams.
