Focus on leading the Webflow migration, designing disciplined A/B tests, improving lead forms, and building personalised landing experiences for ABM campaigns.
Location: Auckland, New Zealand; office-first and on-site by default

What you will do
- Own and build 's website, shipping landing pages, components, and experiments in Webflow.
- Scope and lead the migration from Webflow to a custom, headless-CMS-backed site using a modern frontend stack.
- Improve conversion rate, lead quality, page experience, lead forms, load speed, and technical SEO.
- Design and run A/B tests, analyse results, and roll out winning implementations.
- Build personalised landing experiences for target enterprise accounts and collaborate with Paid Social, Search, SEO, and ABM owners.
- Use AI and automation tools such as MCP servers and n8n to accelerate page builds, component generation, copy, and test analysis.
Requirements
- Experience owning website conversion or growth engineering in a high-growth SaaS, hardware, or ag-tech business.
- Strong modern frontend skills with React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and component-driven development.
- Experience building production pages, custom components, and interactions in Webflow.
- Experience leading or shipping a migration to a headless CMS such as Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok, or similar.
- Experience with structured experimentation, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and page performance.
- Ability to track results through the funnel and improve both conversion rate and lead quality.
