What you will do
- Own and optimize Google Ads and SEO channels across NZ, AU, and US markets to drive intent-driven demand.
- Manage Google budget, search hygiene, and organic search presence end-to-end.
- Track and improve visibility in AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- Collaborate with content and website teams to close SEO gaps and improve technical SEO and page speed.
- Analyze search term reports, ranking data, and channel efficiency to inform strategy.
- Report channel performance and contribute to lead and pipeline targets.
Requirements
- Location: Must work on-site in Auckland, New Zealand
- Proven experience owning paid search and SEO in high-growth SaaS, hardware, or ag-tech businesses.
- Experience managing search and SEO across multiple markets with regional strategy adaptation.
- Strong technical SEO skills including page performance and site health impact.
- Experience or strong interest in generative/answer-engine optimization and AI citation tracking.
- Ability to work precisely with intent-driven targeting and minimal waste.
