Machine Learning Intern (Machine Learning)

What you will do

• Query large datasets with SQL and prepare data for machine learning models.
• Explore raw and third-party data to identify patterns and assess data quality.
• Use Python to analyze data and build statistical models for business problems.
• Evaluate machine learning models and fine-tune parameters based on business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior peers to deploy models in production and build customer-facing reporting tools.
• Participate in the off-hours on-call rotation supporting live machine learning models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, mathematics, and basic machine learning algorithms.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of visualization tools such as Periscope.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
