Internship for Software Test Engineer (Iasi)

What you will do

• Investigate and test new topics during each sprint.
• Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for electronic brake systems.
• Run software-in-the-loop tests using IPG SIL and hardware-in-the-loop tests using Vector HIL environments.
• Define, review, and test software requirements.
• Collaborate directly with software developers and contribute to improvement programs.
• Learn and apply ASPICE practices with support from quality experts.

Requirements

• Knowledge of testing types and techniques; ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Basic electronics knowledge and debugging skills, including the use of hardware equipment.
• Basic scripting knowledge in C or Python.
• Familiarity with GitHub, JAZZ/HEP, configuration management, and software or test-case version control.
• Ongoing Master's degree in electronics, computer science, automatics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, informatics, or a related field.
• English at an independent-user level is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Vector tools such as CANoe, CANape, or vTestStudio.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
