Visual and Motion Designer / Marketing Designer (Contract)

Privately held interactive entertainment company founded in 2024, supporting a portfolio that includes the Berlin-based mobile gaming studio Swift Games.

What you will do

• Design and edit high-impact video ads for social media, ad networks, and other marketing channels.
• Create marketing assets for mobile games, including marketing statistics and App Store Optimization graphics.
• Translate performance data and user acquisition feedback into actionable creative concepts with the Creative Manager.
• Design assets around clarity, contrast, purpose, and user engagement.
• Explore AI tools to accelerate production workflows and creative ideation.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating video editing and static design experience, preferably for mobile apps or games.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of color theory, contrast, composition, and other design fundamentals.
• Experience creating mobile gaming and app marketing assets, including ASO graphics, video ads, and static assets.
• Experience building and using AI-integrated workflows.
• Must be based in Germany for this remote contract role.

Nice to have

• 3D skills with software such as Blender or Maya.
• Experience using Unity to record gameplay.
