Fullstack Developer Java/Angular (VIE) F/M/X

Location: Brussels, Belgium. The role is offered under the VIE program and requires European citizenship, being under 29 years old, and never having worked in Belgium under an employment contract.

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and enhance web applications using Java with Spring Boot and Angular.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to implement functional requirements.
• Write clean, scalable, and secure code and participate in code reviews.
• Perform unit testing and contribute to integration and user acceptance testing.
• Create technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.
• Gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile development processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, SQL databases, and web application architecture.
• Experience with or interest in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Fluent English and French, written and spoken, are mandatory.
• Eligibility for the VIE program is mandatory: European citizen, under 29 years old, and no previous employment contract in Belgium.
