What you will do
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, software engineers, and mission stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using full-stack technologies such as React, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.
- Build scalable data processing systems that ingest, transform, and enrich datasets with high performance and reliability.
- Design APIs connecting frontend applications with backend microservices, databases, and internal systems.
- Integrate frontier AI models into web applications and data systems to improve investigative workflows and productivity.
- Support and maintain production systems, resolve issues, and optimize performance and stability.
Requirements
- Degree or background in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience for the Senior Engineer level.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Proficiency in at least one of React or Spring Boot.
- Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of database concepts, queries, and optimization techniques.
- Understanding of DevOps and SRE concepts.
- Experience with Linux or Unix environments.
- Experience working with cloud environments such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
