What you will do
- Contribute to the design of complex mainframe applications for lending and leasing portfolios.
- Analyze user requirements and translate detailed business needs into software solutions.
- Examine software configurations to ensure accurate setup, functionality, and maintenance.
- Execute development tasks and contribute across major development and delivery phases.
- Support application engineering improvements and explore automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in mainframe application development.
- Hands-on knowledge of COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, and mainframe tools.
- Good knowledge of banking and lending domains.
- Experience participating in the full spectrum of delivery activities across multiple development projects.
Nice to have
- Systematics ALS experience.
- On-call production support experience.
- Agile Scrum experience.
