What you will do

• Lead the global data delivery function and manage approximately 15 Data Analysts.
• Oversee project delivery, including raw datasets, tabulations, and charts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Handle complex and commercially critical projects and act as the primary data contact for strategic clients.
• Translate client needs into technical and platform-based data solutions and present outputs to stakeholders.
• Lead the use, adoption, training, and evolution of hirify.global’s proprietary data platform.
• Partner with Data Consultancy, Survey Programming, Product, and Engineering teams to improve delivery processes and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in quantitative market research data delivery, including raw data and tabulations.
• Strong proficiency in SPSS and Excel.
• Experience with coding or scripting languages such as Python to automate workflows.
• Experience managing and leading 10 or more direct reports, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong client management, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
