Onboarding Specialist

Location: Remote

Salary: $80K–$130K plus 0.05%–0.25% equity

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers from contract signature through go-live.
• Lead live Zoom sessions to configure payroll, bookkeeping, taxes, and other hirify.global products.
• Coordinate customer onboarding tasks across Payroll, Tax, Bookkeeping, and other product teams.
• Manage contracts, signatures, billing updates, deadlines, dependencies, and open items.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, surface blockers, and drive their resolution.
• Build and refine onboarding playbooks as the company scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or a related role.
• Clear, confident, and polished communication on video calls with founders and executives.
• Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills across multiple teams.
• Highly responsive, organized, systems-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to learn new tools and technology quickly.
