TL;DR
Product Engineer (Operations Management) (Fullstack): Building web applications and HTTP APIs that transform and optimize operational workflows for national security with an accent on user-centric solutions, microservices integration, and reliable software delivery. Focus on designing fullstack systems with React or Spring Boot, implementing comprehensive testing, and adapting solutions to complex operational environments.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site. Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop user-centric digital solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy web applications using fullstack technologies such as React, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.
- Design and implement HTTP APIs connecting backend microservices, databases, and downstream APIs.
- Develop and maintain unit, functional, and end-to-end tests.
- Work with product managers, business analysts, designers, software engineers, and QA engineers in a cross-functional product team.
- Participate in forward deployment activities to understand operational challenges and shape technology solutions.
Requirements
- Background in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in React or Spring Boot.
- Singapore citizenship is required; only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of database concepts, queries, and optimization techniques.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts, including CI/CD and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
