About the Role⬇️:
We’re looking for a Senior SDR who’s more than just a prospector - someone who brings creativity, strategy, and precision to outbound sales. If you’re tired of “spray and pray” and want to help build intelligent, high-converting outreach systems, this role is for you.
You’ll work directly with our Head of Business Development and Marketing Department to drive outbound efforts, test hypotheses, shape messaging, and build repeatable outreach processes that generate qualified opportunities across target regions (US, EU, CIS).
Responsibilities⬇️
-Collaborate with leadership to refine GTM strategy, ICP definitions, and USP positioning
-Build and execute outbound outreach campaigns
-Generate and qualify leads, book discovery calls, and pass them to senior sales and solution teams
-Actively test messaging hypotheses, CTAs, and audience segments - iterate based on data
-Utilize AI-driven tools to personalize and scale outreach efforts efficiently
-Maintain clear lead tracking and funnel visibility using Hubspot CRM and outreach dashboards
Requirements⬇️
-Experience contributing to or owning parts of GTM strategy: defining ICPs, refining USP, packaging offers
-Strong creative and strategic thinking - able to craft personalized messaging, not rely on templates
-Track record of rapidly testing and validating outreach hypotheses across diverse regions
-Experience targeting European, US, and CIS markets with a good grasp of cultural and communication nuances
-Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay, Instantly, Lavender, etc.) for outreach personalization and automation
-Hands-on experience with multi-channel automation platforms for -LinkedIn/email outreach (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi, Waalaxy, etc.)
-Fluent English
