MLOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in Europe or Israel

hirify.global is an AI company developing NEXUS, a large tabular model for enterprise decision-making.

What you will do

• Develop scalable machine learning pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
• Design model-serving infrastructure and low-latency, high-throughput inference architectures.
• Implement A/B testing, canary releases, rollback capabilities, logging, alerting, and monitoring.
• Optimize GPU utilization, autoscaling, and resource allocation.
• Build feature stores, data pipelines, and scalable storage solutions for model training and inference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in MLOps or DevOps roles and with MLOps platforms such as MLflow or Weights & Biases.
• Experience building MLOps infrastructure and scalable model-serving systems using tools such as TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving, Triton, or KServe.
• Experience with data pipelines, Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure, and infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, or GitOps.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, Bash, and Go.
• Experience with AI/ML security, compliance, model governance, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubeflow, FastAPI, backend applications, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Exposure to SRE practices or cloud security certifications.
