IT Engineer - AI Agents (Healthcare) (Microsoft 365, Intune, macOS): Managing Windows and macOS devices and supporting AI agent operations for U.S. healthcare workflows with an accent on endpoint deployment, identity management, security compliance, and end-user support. Focus on automating device administration with PowerShell and shell scripting, maintaining secure device lifecycles, and resolving complex cross-platform infrastructure issues.
Location: Bengaluru, India; hybrid schedule with in-office work at least three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

What you will do
- Configure and deploy Windows devices with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, and manage MacBooks through Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and Jamf Pro or Kandji.
- Administer Microsoft 365 applications, licenses, group policies, compliance policies, and Entra ID identity and access controls.
- Configure BitLocker and FileVault security settings and maintain endpoint security compliance.
- Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network issues across Windows and macOS.
- Write PowerShell and shell scripts for automation, maintain IT asset inventories, and manage device lifecycles.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and collaborate with IT and HR on onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience, plus 3+ years in IT desktop support or systems administration.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience with Entra ID, identity and access management, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
- Hands-on macOS device management with Jamf Pro, Kandji, Mosyle, or a similar MDM solution, including Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.
- Proficiency troubleshooting and administering Windows 10/11 and macOS, with PowerShell and Bash/Zsh scripting knowledge.
- Experience with ticketing systems and the ability to solve complex technical issues with a customer-focused communication style.
Nice to have
- Microsoft, Apple, or Jamf certifications.
- Experience with SCCM/MECM, Munki, AutoPkg, Homebrew, hybrid Azure AD environments, or Mac–Azure AD integration.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, Apple Silicon compatibility, and support for remote or hybrid workforces.
