Unity Developer (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland; relocation bonus available for candidates moving to Warsaw.

What you will do

• Manage features from system design and data handling through production deployment.
• Design architectures and implement end-to-end client-side features in a large-scale Unity codebase.
• Use data-driven methods to resolve production issues and optimize performance across mobile devices.
• Integrate native plugins and third-party services.
• Use LLMs throughout day-to-day development and system architecture work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Professional experience with Unity on mobile platforms, including scripting APIs, profiling tools, UI, and animations.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong knowledge of C# or an equivalent OOP language and memory management.
• Proactive, self-driven approach with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic and autonomous AI frameworks.
• Experience in high-scale, data-driven environments using Firebase, analytics, or metrics.
