What you will do

• Write clear, concise interface content, including microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and in-app messaging.
• Apply design thinking to solve complex user experience problems.
• Implement content strategies aligned with product goals and user needs.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across user-facing content.
• Research copy performance with UX researchers and use findings to improve content decisions.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers on user needs and product requirements.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating UX writing, content design, or similar experience.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging language.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma or Ditto.
• Experience with UX design or UX research.
