Senior Product Engineer - AI Agents (Healthcare)

Location: Bengaluru, India; on-site with office presence required at least three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with rich user experiences.
• Build and extend RESTful APIs with monitoring, fault tolerance, and performance metrics.
• Develop backend services with Python, Django, FastAPI, or Go and frontend applications with modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Own complex and ambiguous technical problems through to resolution.
• Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical discussions and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
• Experience building and scaling production-grade applications.
• Proficiency in Python/Django/FastAPI or Go for backend development, plus React, AngularJS, or Vue.js for frontend development.
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs with observability and fault tolerance.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems, containers, and Docker.
• Hands-on exposure to Kubernetes and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Open-source contributions or experience speaking at technical forums.
• Growth mindset and willingness to keep up with modern engineering practices.
