Motion Designer (AI) (2D Motion Design): Creating high-performing 2D motion creatives and video ads for mobile game marketing campaigns with an accent on visual storytelling, animation principles, and performance-driven iteration. Focus on translating game mechanics into engaging ad concepts, testing visual hooks and formats, and improving creative performance through data and feedback.

Location: On-site in Istanbul, Turkey

What you will do

Create high-quality 2D motion creatives and video ads for marketing campaigns.
Translate game mechanics and ideas into engaging advertising concepts.
Iterate on creatives using performance data and feedback.
Collaborate with Growth, marketing, and product teams on messaging and strategy.
Test visual styles, hooks, and formats to improve campaign performance.
Track trends in mobile advertising, motion design, and player behavior while contributing ideas to improve creative output.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in performance marketing.
Strong skills in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
Strong composition, pacing, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to create engaging 2D video ads and marketing creatives.
Willingness to explore and learn AI automation tools.

Nice to have

Experience creating mobile game ads and user acquisition creatives.
