What you will do
- Maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, journal entries, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with billing information entry, tracking, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support book balancing and preparation of profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements.
- Prepare monthly revenue and expenditure reports for designated projects.
- Assist with federal, state, and local reports and tax filings under close supervision.
- Support General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work in Austin RiverSouth, United States.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, U.S. GAAP, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
- No prior experience is required; relevant experience or an internship is preferred.
