TL;DR

Focus on debugging Web and Mobile SDK behavior, building integration automation and sample applications, and improving documentation, monitoring, and self-service tooling.

What you will do
- Support customers with Web and Mobile SDK integrations and resolve complex technical implementation issues.
- Debug client code, network requests, and SDK behavior using developer tools, proxies, and API testing platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance, technical demonstrations, feasibility assessments, and integration best practices.
- Collaborate with Core Engineering, SDK Engineering, Product, Sales, and Solutions teams to report bugs and improve SDK usability.
- Create SDK documentation, integration guides, code samples, and functional sample applications.
- Build automation, monitoring, analytics, and internal tooling to validate implementations and reduce resolution time.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in SDK integration, developer support, solutions engineering, or Web/Mobile development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Mobile ecosystems such as iOS, Android, React Native, or Flutter.
- Advanced debugging skills with Chrome DevTools, Xcode, Android Studio, network proxies, Postman, and cURL.
- Programming experience with Python, Node, or Shell for automation workflows, integration scripts, and sample applications.
- Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and observability tools, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, technical writing, empathy, and ability to handle technical escalations.
