Hourly rate: $17 per hour

hirify.global provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectible trading cards, coins, autographs, comic books, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia.

What you will do

• Open, separate, and itemize mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check submitted items, payments, service types, and eligibility.
• Enter items into the system and print stickers.
• Sort orders by return carrier service and verify correctness and completeness.
• Package, label, seal, and process shipments through the specified return carrier.
• Close completed orders and support the operations team as needed.

Requirements

• Reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer- and client-focused mindset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, sit or stand for extended periods, and perform regular computer and hand use.
• Ability to work legally in the United States is required; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse experience.
• Interest in beginning or continuing a career in the collectibles industry.
