AI Engineer – AI Agents (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Build, curate, and maintain agentic workflows and datasets for training and evaluation.
• Run systematic LLM evaluations, define performance metrics, track regressions, and monitor model quality.
• Experiment with prompting, fine-tuning datasets, retrieval strategies, guardrails, and model configurations.
• Develop internal tools and automated pipelines for evaluation, annotation, regression checks, and model monitoring.
• Translate customer interactions and failure modes into model improvements, data requirements, and product changes.
• Improve latency, turn-taking, conversational naturalness, and reliability for voice AI systems in production.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience building reliable, scalable systems.
• 1–2 years of experience with AI-backed products, LLM engineering, evaluations, prompting, or agent development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, or dataset creation.
• Strong understanding of prompting, fine-tuning, evaluation, guardrails, and AI system design.
• Strong software engineering skills, including Python or JavaScript, APIs, cloud environments, internal tools, and automation pipelines.
• Strong communication, customer-oriented thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice AI, speech technologies, or real-time agent systems.
