hirify.global is a deep-tech spin-off of TU Munich developing quantum-sensor technology that captures three-dimensional current maps inside multilayer semiconductor chips.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Odoo, including account coding, invoice entry, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with HR.
• Review and process employee travel and expense reimbursements.
• Support budgeting and track actuals against plan with the Head of Finance.
• Maintain cost allocation for grant-funded projects and prepare grant application and usage-report documentation.
• Prepare monthly management statistics and reports and support finance process and systems improvements.

Requirements

• Completed degree or commercial training in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Solid working knowledge of Odoo is required.
• Knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and international accounting standards such as IFRS.
• Structured, accurate, and responsible working style.
• Fluent German and good English skills required.
