AI Builder Advocate (AI): Building production-grade reference applications, starter templates, technical guides, and demonstrations for an enterprise AI workflow orchestration platform with an accent on LLMs, agentic frameworks, and complex multi-model workflows. Focus on dogfooding APIs and SDKs, explaining AI agent coordination and data flows, and designing developer programs that improve the builder experience.
Location: On-site, full-time at the New York City office; applicants must be U.S. citizens, nationals, or lawful permanent residents.
Salary: $140,000–$200,000 base plus bonus and equity.

is building Lemma, an AI-native workflow orchestration engine for enterprises and public sector agencies deploying mission-critical AI agents.
What you will do
- Act as the user zero for new product capabilities, SDK releases, and API changes, providing high-signal feedback to Engineering.
- Prototype complex, multi-model enterprise workflows across financial services, defense, healthcare, and energy.
- Architect and open-source production-grade reference applications, starter templates, and technical demos.
- Write technical guides, deep dives, build-along tutorials, and documentation for builders.
- Produce video walkthroughs, live-coding sessions, and technical presentations for events, hackathons, and meetups.
- Design developer programming such as technical office hours and builder onboarding tracks while engaging with communities on GitHub, Discord, Hacker News, and X.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with production-quality coding skills in Python or TypeScript.
- Experience teaching technical audiences through blogging, open-source contributions, video tutorials, or public speaking.
- Daily experience building with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Understanding of context windows, embeddings, MCP servers, model latency, and modern AI stack architecture.
- Ability to explain complex architectural concepts clearly and precisely.
- Ability to work full-time in person at the New York City office and meet U.S. citizenship, nationality, or lawful permanent residency requirements.
