Senior Visual Designer (Manila)

What you will do

• Develop visual design solutions for platform-driven client sites, mobile and media applications, and internal tools.
• Present creative work and rationale clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with production, design, user experience, strategy, and client services disciplines to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain brand consistency across projects and client-specific deliverables.
• Contribute to team culture and support the development of junior designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual communication, creative problem solving, strategic brainstorming, and creative execution.
• Deep knowledge of intuitive interactions, user interfaces, responsive design systems, information architecture, hierarchy, and layout.
• Experience designing digital platforms, interactive experiences, mobile and tablet products, and connected multi-channel experiences.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or comparable prototyping tools, including components and auto layout.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with After Effects or another animation platform.
• Experience collaborating with designers and copywriters at different levels.
