Growth Specialist (New Grad)

What you will do

• Support the launch and monitoring of user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and trends.
• Contribute creative ideas for advertisements, messaging, and new acquisition channels.
• Assist with budget planning and predictive modeling inputs.
• Collaborate with product and game teams to align marketing with live operations and releases.
• Work with motion designers and other creatives to test and iterate on ad concepts.

Requirements

• New graduate with a bachelor's degree or currently in the final year of study.
• Strong interest in mobile games and growth marketing.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity about working with data.
• Creative thinking, willingness to experiment, and eagerness to learn and iterate.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with product, technology, developer, and creative teams.
