What you will do

• Validate concepts and take promising ideas from zero to one.
• Generate meaningful traction for new ventures.
• Build and lead the founding team.
• Apply deep industry expertise to identify underserved markets ready for modernization.
• Use functional strengths in engineering, product development, business development, or sales to build the venture.

Requirements

• Track record of starting and building companies, including learning from unsuccessful ventures.
• Deep experience and strong knowledge in an industry of interest.
• Distinctive expertise in a functional area such as engineering, product development, business development, or sales.
• Leadership experience in team building, recruiting, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Miami or San Francisco.
