Customer Experience Representative - Part Time (Thursday - Saturday) (Customer Support): Handling inbound calls, processing orders, and transmitting accurate orders to restaurant partners with an accent on customer service, operational accuracy, and performance targets. Focus on solving customer and order-related issues, using internal systems, and staying composed during evening and night shifts.
Location: Debar; on-site every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Evening and night shifts are scheduled between 4 pm and 4 am, with each shift lasting 8 hours.

What you will do
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service.
- Process orders accurately and transmit them to restaurant partners through internal systems.
- Support restaurant partners by helping streamline customer interactions and internal operations.
- Meet and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Availability for on-site work every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, during shifts scheduled between 4 pm and 4 am.
