TL;DR
Customer Experience Representative (Customer Support): Handling inbound calls, processing restaurant orders, and transmitting them accurately through internal systems with an accent on customer service and operational accuracy. Location: Debar, North Macedonia; full-time onsite. 40 hours per week, with 8-hour evening or night shifts scheduled between 4 pm and 7 am.

What you will do
- Handle inbound calls from restaurant and end customers.
- Process orders and transmit them accurately and on time to restaurant partners.
- Use internal systems to support smooth adoption of ’s phone product.
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting performance targets.
- Support restaurant partners by streamlining customer interactions and internal operations.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and competing priorities.
- Availability for onsite evening and night shifts, with shifts scheduled between 4 pm and 7 am.
