Salary: $100,000–$170,000 base per year, plus eligibility for 's equity plan.

What you will do
- Own live technical execution and escalation for enterprise network deployments.
- Lead pre-install preparation, live install troubleshooting, shift handoffs, and technical coordination with field technicians.
- Resolve ISP circuit, VLAN, DHCP, inter-VLAN routing, IPSec tunnel, firewall failover, uplink, and hardware connectivity issues.
- Perform final technical validation before customer networks go live, including hardware status, NOS versions, ISP quality, HA failover, VLAN configuration, and deployment sign-off.
- Track deployment progress, communicate blockers to technical project managers and stakeholders, and keep installations on schedule.
- Partner with Operations Engineering to develop technician tooling, playbooks, documentation, and product improvements based on recurring failure patterns.
Requirements
- Strong Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to make technical decisions and resolve complex networking issues in real time.
- Experience translating technical concepts into clear guidance for field technicians.
- Systematic approach to identifying operational issues and building scalable processes, tooling, and documentation.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in San Francisco.
- Preference for one of four shifts: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Thursday–Monday.
