TL;DR
ML Software Engineer (AI): Building data pipelines, model integration layers, and runtime systems that bring deep learning perception models into production on edge devices with an accent on C++, Python, inference efficiency, and dataset quality. Focus on integrating neural networks into production systems, optimizing latency and memory in resource-constrained environments, and designing validation, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
Location: Hybrid, with on-site work at the Jerusalem office several days per week; company location in Ramat Gan, Israel.

What you will do
- Develop features end to end, from design and implementation through integration, testing, and deployment.
- Build ML data pipelines, dataset creation workflows, and efficient model inference systems.
- Design data selection and sampling strategies for rare and critical scenarios.
- Collaborate with algorithm teams to translate model weaknesses into data curation criteria and validate dataset quality and training effectiveness.
- Integrate neural network models into C++ production systems, including runtime, data flow, and pre- and post-processing.
- Optimize latency, memory, throughput, model deployment, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and development workflows.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- 3+ years of hands-on C++ development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience, including NumPy and Pandas.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Strong motivation to work with deep learning algorithms, production AI systems, edge deployment, inference runtimes, and performance optimization.
- Ability to collaborate across algorithm, infrastructure, and product teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with autonomous-driving datasets or perception pipelines.
- Background in 3D geometry or a strong mathematical foundation.
- Experience with Airflow or Argo.
- Familiarity with active learning, hard-example mining, and distribution balancing.
- 2+ years of data engineering or backend experience with large-scale production data.
