Technical Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Manage the technical lifecycle of game features and events from readiness through release, QA, scheduling, and post-publish monitoring.
• Coordinate events, promotions, marketing events, and live A/B tests across in-game and external channels.
• Connect Product, Business, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth operational handoffs.
• Identify repetitive workflows and improve them using AI tools, scripts, and process redesign.
• Document processes, decisions, and learnings to strengthen team capabilities and reduce dependency on individual knowledge.
• Translate operational expertise into structured, scalable AI-powered processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in technical operations, live operations, or production management.
• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently across multiple platforms, such as Jira or Monday.com.
• Strong problem-solving, self-management, and proactive issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to write clear, complete, and actionable process documentation.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with live game operations, events, A/B testing, or publishing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI workflow tools such as Claude, Cowork, or GPT-based tools.
• Familiarity with configuration-based systems.
• Experience writing or improving operational SOPs.
