  • Strong understanding of design-for-test and hardware validation methodologies.
  • Ability to work across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams, with basic knowledge of networking configurations and protocols.
  • May require eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python, Boundary Scan, or similar automated hardware test frameworks.
  • Experience with bed-of-nails systems, hardware interface boards, networking hardware, embedded systems, or robotics platforms.
  • Experience in automotive, defense, or high-reliability hardware systems.
  • Exposure to signal integrity, power integrity, ISO 26262, MIL-STD, or other reliability standards.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time employment with equity eligibility for most high-demand roles.
  • Three premium healthcare plan options, including an HSA-eligible plan, with 80% of premiums covered for employees and dependents.
